Frozen: Do you want to build a hot chocolate?

The infamous frozen hot chocolate (yes, I did say frozen) from Serendipity 3 is perfect for anytime of the year! It's basically hot chocolate but in a slushy form with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. This restaurant is the absolute cutest thing ever and despite the high prices it's definitely worth it. This drink is really big and can be shared with two. I recommend this place to all the explorers out there haha!
